Prepare cards in advance and avoid any last-minute rush or queries, by activating cards ahead of time.

As an administrator, you can activate cards on behalf of the cardholder, within your desktop account. Cardholders can then check their PIN and access the account within the Centtrip app.

Centtrip’s comprehensive expense management solution enables cardholders to submit instant photo receipts and label transactions on the go, using the Centtrip app. Administrators can then reconcile via the dedicated expenses dashboard, within their desktop account.

With our latest update, cardholders can now also upload their receipts, labels and notes via their desktop account.

So whilst cardholders maintain the ease and efficiency of submitting receipts as and when they spend within the app, the new desktop view provides a more comfortable and streamlined experience for anyone preferring to submit expenses on a weekly, or even monthly basis.

It’s also especially useful for users who collect and submit transaction receipts for multiple cards, but do not have administrator access.

So wherever you are and however you work, expenses can be done in the way that suits you best.

FX BATCH PAYMENTS

Save time by making payments with foreign exchange in batch

Our new FX Batch Payment feature enables you to make hundreds of multi-currency payments effortlessly. Upload a single spreadsheet containing all payment information and the associated Buy/Sell currencies, and let Centtrip do the rest.

We'll calculate the currency conversions for you and process your payments. Simply choose whether you want to send your payments instantly, or schedule for a later date.

CASH DASHBOARD

Track, manage & reconcile cash

Whether a cardholder spends funds from an ATM or receives a cash top-up, you can ensure nothing it unaccounted for. The new Cash Dashboard is now included as part of our comprehensive expense management solution.

How does it work?

Cardholders record their cash expenses and attach receipts and labels in a couple of taps via the Centtrip app. Administrators can then view and reconcile these via the cash dashboard, under 'Manage Expenses' of their desktop account.

REASSIGN CARDS

Reassign role-based or spare cards

Order role-based cards (e.g. a Captain, Makeup Artist orRunner card) or even spare cards (SPARE CARD ONE, SPARE CARD TWO etc) and reassign them to new or existing users as needed.

Using the Reassign Card feature, you can update the email address, date of birth and mobile number associated with the card, enabling the new user to sign in and manage the card.

MANAGE CARDS

Order and manage cards effortlessly

  • Lock/Unlock - once locked, no further transactions or withdrawals can be made. Unlock immediately at any time.
  • Close Card - if no longer required, use this feature to instantly close it and move unused funds back into your account.
  • Reassign Card - reassign generic (Captain, Runner, or SPARE) cards to new nominated users instantly.
  • Order Cards - switch to the 'Order Cards' tab and follow the steps to submit your order directly within your account.

Make hundreds of multi-currency payments in batch

Upload a single spreadsheet and make hundreds of payments, in one or more currencies, effortlessly. The beneficiary details are not saved following payment, keeping your account clean and clear and enabling you to upload up-to-date details for subsequent payments. Ideal for royalties, payroll or settling monthly supplier invoices.

Note - if your payments requires foreign exchange, we recommend using the FX Batch Payments feature instead.
