Upgrading your account is simple, and we handle most of the work for you. We’ll even move your funds and give you a 6-week notice before the switchover, so you can transition smoothly and without any surprises.

We’ll review your account details and let you know of any updated documentation or additional information that may be required.
Once approved, your Centtrip Global account will be opened and we'll confirm your switchover date, which will be up to 6 weeks from account opening, based on your preference.
Use your notice period to close your existing Centtrip cards and get familiar with your new account. This includes adding users and ordering your new Centtrip Global cards.
Towards the end of your agreed notice period, Centtrip will securely transfer your remaining account funds to your new Global account.
Once your notice period ends, your old Centtrip account will switch to read-only, and you're ready to enjoy the benefits of Centtrip Global in full.

Will I need to re-apply?
No! Our team will review the information and documents we already have on file and let you know if anything needs updating. Once received, we’ll handle the application process for you.
How soon can I upgrade?
We’ll ask you to confirm your preferred upgrade date and will do our best to schedule your upgrade as close to this date as possible. Please allow some flexibility as we coordinate the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Will I be able to access my old account?
Yes. Once your new Centtrip Global account is active, you can continue using your old account for up to 6 weeks. After this period, your old account will remain accessible in read-only mode, allowing you to view past information but not make any changes.
What happens if I need help during the upgrade?
Our support team is here to assist you throughout the upgrade process. You can reach out via email or visit our support library at any time.
How do I move my funds across?
It’s easy! Just close any Centtrip cards on your old account, and your funds will be automatically transferred back into your account. We'll then move your account funds over to your new account for you.
How do I get started with Centtrip Global?
Once your account is open, you can start exploring immediately. New users will receive a series of emails on getting started. You and your team can also access a wide range of resources in our dedicated Global Support Library.
Will I lose any features?
Almost all of your current features and benefits are available in Centtrip Global. Any outstanding features are coming very soon. Plus, you’ll gain access to a suite of new features exclusive to Centtrip Global.
